While we believe in the value of our product, we understand that circumstances may require a refund, cancellation, or renewal adjustment. This policy outlines how refunds and cancellations are handled.
Refund requests are considered under the following conditions:
Refunds will not be issued for change-of-mind decisions or after extensive usage of the software.
To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@ngoaccountingsoft.com. Provide your purchase details, invoice number, and reason for the request. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after approval and will be credited to the original payment method.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel anytime by:
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will continue to have access until your subscription expires.
By default, subscriptions are set to renew automatically to avoid service interruption. You will receive reminders before renewal. If you do not wish to continue, you must cancel before the renewal date. Renewals are billed at the current pricing unless promotional discounts apply.
