1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using NGO Accounting Software (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

2. Account Responsibility

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are fully responsible for all activities carried out under your account.

3. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property related to NGO Accounting Software — including source code, logos, branding, and content — belongs to us or our licensors. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the software without written consent.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.
• Use our trademarks in any way that may harm our reputation or violate law.

4. Payment & Subscriptions

• All subscriptions are billed in advance and are non-refundable, except under our Refund Policy.
• Payment details must remain valid and up to date to avoid interruption.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days’ notice for recurring plans.

5. Service Availability

We strive for high uptime and reliability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance and unforeseen technical issues may cause temporary downtime.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you:

• Violate these Terms & Conditions.
• Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• Fail to make payments beyond the grace period.

Upon termination, access to your account will be disabled and your data may be deleted after 90 days, except where law requires retention.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NGO Accounting Software and its affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Loss of profits, revenue, or data.
• Any issues caused by third-party services, user misuse, or internet outages.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the past 12 months.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Maharashtra, India.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will have a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
